Report a delivery issue

Report an incident or problem related to a delivery or the system.

Incidents can include:

  • Delays or issues during transport
  • Damage to goods
  • Vehicle problems
  • Any other relevant incident

This endpoint is PUBLIC — no authentication required.

Use Cases​

  • Driver reports a breakdown or accident
  • Recipient reports damaged goods
  • Any incident during delivery is recorded

Technical Notes​

  • Incidents are stored in the Issue model
  • The field relatedTo: delivery requires deliveryId
