Accept the winning bid (bidWinner) and execute the auction closing process.

Formalize the acceptance of a bid and initiate the transport execution process.

Objective​

Successfully close an auction by awarding it to the winning carrier and generating documentation.

Use Cases​

  • Accept the best economic offer received
  • Award urgent transport to the first valid bidder
  • Close auction after bid evaluation

Process Executed​

  1. Validate that a bidWinner exists
  2. Execute cronJobAuc.closeAuctionWin() which:
    • Changes status to 'awarded'
    • Generates contract and delivery
    • Sends notifications to the carrier
    • Updates billing records
