Reject the winning bid (bidWinner) and recalculate the next best offer.

Allow rejection of unsatisfactory bids and continue with the selection process.

Objective​

Provide flexibility in selection by rejecting unsuitable bids.

Use Cases​

  • Reject bid from carrier with poor history
  • Decline price outside budget
  • Remove unreliable carrier from the process

Rejection Process​

  1. Find ALL bids from the rejected user
  2. Remove all bids from that user
  3. Recalculate the best bid among the remaining ones
  4. Update bidWinner with the new best offer
