Download a ZIP file containing all generated documentation for the shipment.

Objective​

Allow companies to download a complete package with all documents related to a shipment for archiving or sharing with third parties.

Use Cases​

  • Download complete documentation for legal archiving
  • Share all documents with the carrier
  • Save a backup copy of the shipment documentation
  • Generate a complete file for audits

Generated Contents​

The ZIP includes the following PDF files when the information is available:

  • CMR PDF: Electronic consignment note
  • Contract PDF: Transport contract (if it has an auction)
  • Chat PDF: History of exchanged messages (if there are messages)
  • Issues PDF: Incident report (if there are any)
  • Details PDF: Complete shipment details

Notes​

  • The file is generated dynamically
  • Only PDFs with available information are included
  • The file is deleted from the temporary server after being sent
  • Content-Type: application/zip
