Retrieves the complete details of a specific shipment, including all relevant information for its management and tracking.

Objective​

To provide companies with a comprehensive and detailed view of an individual shipment, including address information, vehicle details, messages, status, and messaging capabilities.

Use Cases​

  • Consult the complete details of a shipment before making changes
  • Verify complete cargo and address information
  • Review messages exchanged with the carrier
  • Check if the shipment allows active messaging (can_message)

Notes​

  • The {id} parameter can be a service_code (e.g., DEL-12345) or a MongoDB _id
  • Includes address, vehicle, auction, and message information
  • The can_message field indicates whether messages can be sent (isActive)
  • Messages are ordered by createdAt DESC (most recent first)
  • File URLs in messages include the /images?file= prefix
