/company/delivery/msg/:id

Retrieves the complete message history for a shipment.

Objective​

Allow companies to view the entire conversation held with the carrier regarding a specific shipment.

Use Cases​

  • Review communication history
  • Verify instructions given to the carrier
  • Consult written records of verbal agreements
  • Review previously shared files

Notes​

  • The {id} parameter can be a service_code or a MongoDB _id
  • Messages are sorted by createdAt DESC (most recent first)
  • File URLs include the /images?file= prefix
